Orders placed before 4 PM today will be shipped the same day and delivered within 2 business days. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your product will be delivered no later than next Wednesday.   

We strive to deliver your package on the promised day, and we succeed in approximately 97% of cases. However, during peak periods or in the event of a delivery service error, your package may take longer to arrive. Unfortunately, we have no way to expedite or influence this process. Please check your tracking link to see the current delivery status of your order. 

My delivery status shows "delivered," but I haven't received the item. What should I do? 

If your delivery status shows that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please proceed as follows: 

  • Ask your neighbors:  Sometimes delivery drivers leave packages with a neighbor if you were not available at the time of delivery. 
  • Look for a delivery note:  The delivery person may have left a note with instructions on where to pick up your package or how to reschedule the delivery. 
  • Contact the parcel service directly : Contact the delivery driver with your tracking number to obtain more detailed information about the delivery status. 
  • Contact us : If you still cannot find your package, please provide your order number and send it to  [email protected] . Our team will investigate the issue and ensure you receive your item as soon as possible.  

Concerns regarding delayed and unchanged delivery 

If your delivery is delayed or the delivery status of your shipment remains unchanged for several business days, we recommend contacting the parcel service for an update. However, if you do not receive a positive response, please email  [email protected]  and include your order ID so our customer service team can escalate the issue. 

Concerns regarding a damaged product

Sometimes items may be damaged during delivery by the courier. If this unfortunate incident has happened to you, please contact us by email at  [email protected]  and provide the following information immediately: 

  • Order ID 
  • Photos of the damaged box and the device 

Our customer service team will clarify the problem with the service provider and offer you a solution as soon as possible. 

Concern about an incorrectly delivered item 

  • If the item you received does not match what you ordered, please proceed as follows: 
  • Do not unpack the product. 
  • Take a photo where the product packaging is clearly visible. Contact us by email at  [email protected]  and include the photo and your order ID. 

Our customer service team will investigate the problem and get back to you within 2 working days.
